- Has any student PK-6th grade missed 3, 4, or 5 days of school without a doctor’s note?
- Do you have students in your classroom with a history of academic failures?
- Do you have students in your classroom exhibiting inappropriate behaviors?
If you answered YES to any of these questions, MAKE A REFERRAL TO NOTASC!
NOTASC will provide early, quick and coordinated services to address the underlying causes of the issues indicated.
